This role sits at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for designing and developing turnkey automated logistics solutions, translating customer needs into data‑driven, technically sound proposals.
You will work on opportunities brought by the Toyota organization, engaging directly with customers from early stages to understand their operations, analyse data, and define the most effective automation concepts. As a key partner to customers and internal teams, you will:
Visit customers to identify and qualify automation opportunities
Analyse operational data and define solution alternatives and technologies
Develop detailed proposals including budgetary presentations and CAD‑based designs
Present and defend solutions with confidence and technical depth
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and central teams through the full sales cycle
Negotiate and support contract closure alongside business developers
Contribute to market insight, networking, and industry engagement in Southern Europe
Support the evolution of Toyota’s systems integration capabilities across the region
Success in this role is measured by order intake and achievement of regional project targets.
You will be part of a fast‑growing, medium‑sized team with a start‑up mindset, backed by the strength, training, and global expertise of Toyota. The role reports directly to the Country Manager.
If you combine strong analytical skills, engineering understanding, and the ability to translate complexity into compelling customer solutions, this is an opportunity to shape the future of automated logistics in Southern Europe.
