As a Product Designer at North, you’ll support the design of digital products end-to-end, working alongside other designers, product managers, and developers. You’ll contribute to research, UX, and UI design, helping bring user-friendly and visually polished solutions to life. We’re looking for someone eager to grow, collaborate, and take ownership of their work while learning from the team.
As a Product Designer at North, you will…
* Work with Product Managers and teammates to understand project requirements and user needs.
* Support and conduct user research activities to inform design decisions.
* Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test ideas.
* Design high-quality interfaces and deliver pixel-perfect layouts in Figma.
* Iterate based on feedback from the team, clients, and users.
* Ensure consistency in design deliverables and contribute to our design system.
Ideally, you’ll bring…
* 1-2 years of experience in digital product design (UX and UI).
* Good understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them in real projects.
* Solid visual/UI design skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch; knowledge of prototyping tools.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong communication skills (Spanish & English) and ability to explain your design choices.
* Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to keep learning and improving.
