Main Responsibilities
Strategic and operational management of the real estate division, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and expansion objectives.
Leadership and supervision of the commercial team, driving property acquisition and the development of new business opportunities.
Direct relationship with high-net-worth international clients, delivering a personalized and exceptional advisory service.
Oversight of residential and commercial property sales and leasing operations.
Market analysis and definition of commercial and marketing strategies aimed at growth and brand positioning.
Negotiation of agreements, coordination with legal and tax advisors, and control of all transaction documentation.
Close collaboration with international partners, developers, and investment funds.
Preparation of performance reports, sales forecasts, and expansion strategies.
