Process Engineering Lead Define, validate, and optimize injection and transformation processes for plastics and rubber, using tools such as SolidWorks and MoldFlow for simulations and analysis. Manage the complete tooling lifecycle: design, modifications, technical validation, supplier negotiations, and monitoring of deadlines and costs. Coordinate quotation validation and ensure technical and economic feasibility of projects. Collaborate with Purchasing in supplier selection and negotiation for molds and tooling. Lead Continuous Improvement projects in production processes, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Ensure proper integration of new processes in the plant, including pilot tests and validations. Maintain fluid communication with Production and Technical Office to guarantee technical and operational alignment. Lead key injection processes driving quality, efficiency, and innovation Be the technical owner improving plastics rubber transformation excellence Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 8 years experience in plastic and rubber injection processes, with full responsibility for process engineering. Fluent English for daily professional use French is a plus. Proven experience in supplier negotiation, mold validation, and process modification management. Proficiency in SolidWorks and MoldFlow highly valued. Availability to work on-site in Tolosaldea and travel occasionally to other Group plants and suppliers.
