**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinates and supervises the COM team to ensure timely and cost-effective supply to the automotive industry.
- Maintains effective communication with customers' logistics department, gathering their current and future requirements and addressing any concerns or issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution through coordination with BASF organization.
- Optimizes inventory management by setting stock targets and safety stock reference levels.
- Optimizes production batches, ensuring smooth and efficient production backlog.
- Defines, implements, and monitors measures and processes to minimize the generation of administrative NCMs and blocked stock.
- Promotes optimization and continuous process improvement in the Supply Chain.
- Participates in the development of harmonized processes at the European level.
- Organizes and supports the Key users team.
- Plans, organizes, and manages personnel and operations within his jurisdiction.
- Defines and promotes personnel training and development.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management or equivalent academic qualification
- Knowledge of Office Automation at the user level. SAP Expert
- Essential to have C1 level of English, spoken and written
