JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM
As a Key Account Manager in the GBS Team, You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Your aim is to maximize the win conversions and enhance the profitability. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. The organization will provide you training on tools, processes, products and compliance.
RESPONISIBILITY
* Work closely within the organisation to determine cost effective solutions and provide on-time efficient customer quotes or pricing proposals
* Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers
* Handle multiple leads and opportunities of different levels of complexity simultaneously
* Maintain quality and consistency of commercial proposals
* Support the evolution and implementation of the portal and commercial strategy
* Keep track of market price benchmarks. Determine appropriate solution offers, deals and discounts based on analysis of market and competition
* Negotiate with suppliers and create excellent relationships
* Tracking and reporting of quote volumes and quote to order conversion rates
* Support company cost-saving goals by reducing third party costs
* Travel as required to meet vendors and partners across the globe
SKILLS
* Must be assertive in their approach and display excellent business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
* Resolve problems and issues escalated by delivery staff.
* Possess excellent communication skills (both verbally and written) and employ these skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
* Use their initiative to drive innovation and identify potential opportunities and risks within the accounts, contributing to the commercial management strategy achievement.
* Confident to interface with senior, management-level and decision makers in partner organisations
* Confident to gate-crash new suspect accounts
* Knowledge of Global Internet, SDWAN and IP-VPN technologies
* Ability to interface with all levels of employees, clients and vendors
* Ability to work with deadlines, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to be flexible, outgoing and positive, and to exercise independent judgment when making decisions.
* Detail oriented and excellent time management skills
* Experience in price negotiations and contract management
* Desire to understand process, identify improvements and implement change
* Develop an aptitude with Sales reports, and dashboards
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
QUALIFICATION
* Minimum three-year degree in finance / accounting
* Advanced Level MS Excel, Commerce Portals
* 2+ years of sales experience in telecommunications, systems integration, and/or business management/consulting or pricing roles that have included quantitative analysis.
* Solid financial skills along with the ability to process large amounts of information.
* Experience of working on large requirements i. e. RFPs, including consolidating costs and margins based on company guidelines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business recommendations.
* Comfortable working in situations with imperfect information.
* A team player, with the ability to work successfully with customers, both business and technical teams across the organisation, as well as vendors and channel partners.
* Willingness and ability to attend meetings and field communication outside of normal working hours to accommodate teams or partners based internationally and meet customer deadlines, as needed.
* Language: English, Spanish and any additional European Language.
