What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Operations team at our headquarters in Sant Quirze del Vallès. The successful candidate will lead and develop the production team, ensuring manufacturing processes meet our standards for quality, safety, delivery, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a production team of approximately 10 people.
* Ensure the execution of the production plan, meeting safety, quality, service, and delivery objectives.
* Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of production resources, tools, and machinery.
* Monitor and report production KPIs daily to department leadership and the team.
* Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and safety.
* Plan weekly production schedules in coordination with the Supply Chain team to meet monthly service targets.
* Support the introduction of new product models in collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams.
* Maintain and improve cleanliness, order, and layout of the production area.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals.
* Ensure and promote a safe, respectful, and engaging work environment.
* Contribute to strategic planning, including budget preparation and follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
Required:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in an assembly line environment, preferably involving electronic equipment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Desirable:
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
* Technical background or training in industrial, mechanical, or electronic fields.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
