Senior Post Market Surveillance & Insights Specialist (m/f/d)The roleAs a Senior Post Market Surveillance Specialist, you will play a key role in building and driving a data-driven post-market intelligence capability across Sonova.
You will work at the intersection of data, quality, and product performance, turning complex real-world data into actionable insights. Your work will directly contribute to improving product quality, ensuring patient safety, and enabling proactive decision-making across the organization.

Define and implement the post-market surveillance framework, including processes and methodologies
Establish and drive early signal detection across post-market data sources
Analyze trends across cases, repairs, returns and service data
Own and manage the centralized incident tracking and coordination process
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Provide regular reporting on product performance, risks and trends to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams
More about you
Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Life Sciences or similar
Experience in data analysis, trending or signal detection in a regulated environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Experience in quality, post-market surveillance or similar environments is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive topics forward
Fluent English skills
