As a Senior Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you will embody the principle "Extend Hospitality to All," serving as the face of Sonder, interacting with guests, solving problems creatively, and ensuring high-quality service. This versatile role supports front desk operations and guest interaction in a dynamic environment.
At Sonder You Will :
1. Represent Sonder by creating a positive first impression for guests, visitors, and partners at the front desk.
2. Guide guests through the digital Sonder experience, encouraging app engagement and self-service features.
3. Communicate proactively with guests in person and digitally to meet their needs and ensure a seamless stay.
4. Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues and fulfilling requests.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces for a welcoming environment.
6. Support back-of-house tasks, including audits, inventory, minor maintenance, and supporting multiple properties as needed.
7. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and continuous guest experience improvements.
Who We Look For :
1. Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer service roles.
2. Personable, positive, and service-minded, comfortable communicating both in person and digitally.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest needs.
4. Proficient in computer use, with good writing skills, and adaptable to multiple applications.
5. Organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
6. Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
8. Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset, especially Spanish.
9. Reliable smartphone access for work purposes.
10. Willingness to work overnight shifts with a premium rate, with variable start and end times.
