As Export Area Manager – MENA, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence across the Middle East and North Africa. You will manage and develop a network of distributors and direct accounts, identifying opportunities to increase market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction in alignment with AMMEGA’s strategic objectives.

Reporting directly to the Head of Cluster Manager Iberia, the Export Area Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence across the Middle East and North Africa. You will manage and develop a network of distributors and direct accounts, identifying opportunities to increase market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction in alignment with AMMEGA’s strategic objectives.

A day in the life of an AMMEGA’s Export Area Manager includes:

1. Manage and grow sales in the MENA region for all AMMEGA brands and product lines.
2. Identify, onboard, and support new distributors and key customers.
3. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape regional strategy.
4. Account Management
5. Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and distributors.
6. Conduct regular visits, technical presentations, and negotiations to strengthen commercial ties.
7. Provide training and support to partners to improve technical and sales performance.
8. Planning & Reporting
9. Prepare and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for the MENA region.
10. Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and market developments.
11. Work closely with internal teams (Product Management, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure optimal service levels.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
13. Represent the AMMEGA brand with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer orientation.
