As a Digital Marketing Project Manager intern, you will support the CRM team in defining and implementing various customer journeys, both in France and internationally. Your future missions: Join a key role combining marketing, strategy, technical expertise, and analysis. Your objective: understand and optimize the entire customer journey, from discovery to retention. You will identify the key steps that drive product adoption in order to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain engagement, and reduce churn. This is a holistic, customer-centric approach focused on the customer experience and lifecycle. Product Lifecycle: Design new multichannel customer journeys to integrate into the CRM strategy Propose strategic initiatives to be implemented Develop and improve customer journeys Collaborate with product, business, and design teams to enhance our marketing strategy Implementation: Create and implement processes to target our customers and prospects Automate tasks and journeys to optimize processes Create multichannel communications (emails, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) Develop communication materials Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and their content Set up analyses following the various tests launched Provide actionable insights and recommendations Our stack: Braze and Salesforce to design and automate customer journeys Make to automate as many processes as possible via API calls SQL (Google BigQuery) to query our database and analyze the performance of these journeys Your profile: You have a strong interest in digital and the startup ecosystem You are creative, resourceful, and curious You have strong analytical skills You have excellent spelling and writing skills You are fluent in French and English What we offer: An international and inclusive environment: everyone has their place at papernest.
