To provide the best service, one must have a large number of customer service professionals and a product that serves both external and internal users who execute the entire payroll process, personnel administration, and management with third parties such as Social Security, Taxes, etc. /ppThe Implementation area is responsible for the technical configuration of the tools in order to be able to process Payroll and HR services to our clients. /ppbr/ppstrongRole Objective: /strong /ppThe Implementation Application Specialist works very closely with the Implementation Consultant and is responsible for the configuration required by the client, based on their requirements analysis. Provides a technical solution and feasibility to the client's requirements at a technical level; is also responsible for resolving technical incidents that may arise throughout the Implementation project until the actual entry into Service and the transfer to the technical support team., /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pp• Review the requirements gathering documents (Blueprint), provided by the Consultant, with the goal of assessing complexity and time dedication. /pp• Responsible for setting up the payroll engine following the requirements gathering document. /pp• Responsible for initial testing to ensure correct configuration of the payroll engine. /pp• Responsible for making corrections, updates or new configurations that may appear during the U.A.T phase. /pp• Direct involvement on identifying new improvements, document it and request standard configurations or new developments to the RD department. /pp• Proactively able to analyze issues, provide immediate issue resolution, after root cause analysis and suggest long-term improvements /pp• Write technical documentation /ppbr/ppstrongExperience: /strong /pp• 2 to 3 years of experience in programming (java, .net, c+, cobol … ), experienced in implementing Payroll Software (e.g. Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.) /pp• Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications / programs. /pp• Experience with project managing and teamwork (Agile methodology) /pp• Experience with Testing and Production environments /pp• Agile methodology experience /pp• Functional knowledge of payroll /ppbr/ppstrongAbilities / Knowledge /strong /pp• Analytical and resolution oriented /pp• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks /pp• Strong Capacity to teamwork /pp• Capacity to work under pressure /pp• Capacity to write technical documentation /pp• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment /pp• Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, social security, taxes (plus) /pp• Good verbal and written communication skills /ppbr/ppstrongStudies: /strong /pp• Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree /pp• Project Management Certification (desired) /ppbr/ppstrongLanguages /strong /pp• Spanish (native or bilingual proficiency) /pp• English (intermediate / functional) /ppbr/pp#LI-RV6 /pp#LI-Hybrid /p
