We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager to oversee all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standards.
* Design effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and quality.
* Assist and support in the execution of test cases, conducting tests when necessary.
* Collaborate with our development and business teams to refine and improve testing processes.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methods.
* Lead defect identification and resolution processes.
Experience & Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in test management.
* Proven experience in designing and executing test cases.
* A hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when needed.
* Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
* Knowledge of the ISTQB Model is an advantage.
* Experience working with international and intercultural teams.
