Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Advisor for Spain and Portugal to support our HR operations. The role involves managing HR administration, payroll processes, employee relations, and compliance with local laws. Responsibilities include preparing contracts and documentation, managing HRIS and T&A systems, handling visas, and supporting health & safety and benefits administration.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing HR administrative lifecycle: contracts, leavers, documents, and personnel files
* Coordinating with payroll and retail stores for accurate data
* Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance cases
* Ensuring policy compliance with local legislation
* Maintaining systems like Workday and T&A
* Managing visas and occupational health administration
* Supporting benefits administration
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years HR or payroll experience in Spain or Portugal
* Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
* Experience with Workday and T&A systems
* Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
* Fast learner, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
