This role leads the assigned network toward achieving targets related to parts and accessories sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Additionally, the Aftersales Field Manager acts as the key link between Mazda and the authorized service partners, ensuring the effective implementation of all Mazda service programs.Coordinate the implementation of authorized repairer development measures Implement Mazda's service programs within the assigned area and provide on‐site guidance to authorized repairers, advising them on parts, accessories, workshop operations, and equipment.Coordinate implementation of customer satisfaction programs and apply corrective actions when needed Ensure repairs meet Mazda's quality standards through technical training and support. Help authorized repairers improve service satisfaction, roll out aftersales commercial programs, and monitor authorized repairer performance in parts sales, customer satisfaction, and program participation.Handle complex queries and issues within standard procedures, escalating when appropriate Support customer claim resolution, ensure processes enable high first‐time‐fix rates, and work with the authorized repairer on action plans to improve satisfaction and loyalty.Handle complex product‐related issues, including warranty claims, and prepare relevant reports Report technical quality cases, conduct warranty audits to ensure compliance, and investigate and document product incidents.Coordinate workflows related to homologation and technical documentation Manage vehicle and accessory homologation queries and support the preparation of technical documentation and manuals.Coordinate campaigns and events Develop and follow up on aftersales marketing campaigns for each authorized repairer and support parts and accessories marketing activities.Coordinate workflows with external business contacts Advise authorized repairers on their technical and training needs, as well as on workshop team organization.Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and understanding Liaise with internal departments, including Technical Services, Customer Relations, Aftersales Marketing, Finance, Network Development, Risk, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure effective coordination and alignment.Job Requirements The ideal candidate for this position will bring the following:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in comparable functions within the automotive aftersales area.Strong knowledge of workshop operations, technical procedures, warranty processes, and customer satisfaction programs.Solid analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with aftersales or dealer management systems is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving abilities, with strong customer‐orientation.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Fluent in Spanish and at least C1 level of English (written and spoken).Availability for regular travel within the assigned territory.What We Offer A dynamic and international work environment within a reputable automotive brandAttractive conditions including fixed salary + annual bonus + social benefits (health and life insurance, among others)At Mazda, we firmly believe in equal opportunities and celebrate the diversity within our team.
