In this role you drive growth in the North American retail travel market, identifying and converting opportunities to expand HBX Group’s network and acquisitions. You’ll work with regional leaders and field teams to activate branches and agents, while managing events and strengthening onboarding and digital activation. You’ll own the regional pipeline, analyze performance, and refine strategy to close gaps. This position sits at the intersection of sales, data, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to HBX Group’s global growth journey.

• Identify acquisition opportunities through regional market research
• Maintain and qualify Salesforce pipeline with proper lead documentation
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and frontline teams to activate inactive branches or home-based agents
• Plan and coordinate regional participation in events, conferences and trade shows
• Build internal relationships to align customer journeys, onboarding, and digital activation
• Analyze pipeline performance to refine strategy and replicate successful initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the retail travel sector
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across global teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong xpzdshu analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with agility and organization
• Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator is a plus
