About the RoleWe are looking for a Organizational Development & Total Rewards Lead to join our global People & Culture leadership team at Noatum Logistics.
This is a critical role in the context of strong growth and transformation, responsible for shaping and executing the global people strategy across organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture and total rewards. The role operates at both strategic and operational levels, enabling scalable growth, M&A integration and the evolution of Noatum Logistics into a top-tier global logistics player.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Transformation
Lead enterprise-wide organizational design and workforce planning initiatives aligned with long-term growth strategy.
Develop scalable organizational models supporting regional expansion, new market entry and operating model transformation.
Partner with senior business leaders to align structures, roles and capabilities with strategic priorities.
Drive OD interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness, agility and productivity.
Support M&A people workstreams including due diligence, organizational integration and post-merger harmonization.
Global Rewards & Benefits Strategy
Design and implement a globally competitive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
Ensure reward frameworks support performance-driven culture, talent attraction, retention and internal equity.
Act as strategic advisor to leadership on compensation trends, pay positioning and reward effectiveness.
Lead rewards harmonization across regions, balancing global consistency with local market practices.
Compensation Structure & Job Architecture
Develop and manage global job architecture, grading frameworks and career pathways.
Design and maintain salary structures, pay bands and incentive frameworks.
Apply recognized job evaluation methodologies (KF / Hay / Mercer) ensuring governance and consistency.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and corporate governance standards.
Benchmarking, Governance & Incentives
Lead global compensation and benefits benchmarking and survey participation.
Design and oversee STIP and LTIP plans aligned with business performance and shareholder value.
Establish governance frameworks for fair, transparent and compliant reward practices.
Provide guidance on compensation for leadership roles, international hires and global mobility programs.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master's preferred).
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with deep expertise in OD and Total Rewards.
Proven experience in global, complex or multi-entity organizations (logistics or operational industries preferred).
Expert knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry / Hay / Mercer).
Strong exposure to M&A environments and transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
