In this role, you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives at the Business Unit level, bridging business, data and operations to drive measurable impact. You’ll partner with senior leadership and multiple teams to translate strategy into execution and value. The position offers executive exposure and a chance to contribute to performance, alignment and transformation. You’ll work on high-impact programs that shape how the unit operates and delivers results.

• Strategic project leadership across cross-functional initiatives at BU level with governance, timelines and milestones
• Lead BI and analytics initiatives, translating business needs into actionable use cases and tracking adoption and impact
• Serve as BU focal point for sales performance and operational development, aligning incentive and performance management frameworks and enabling change initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in Strategy, Consulting, PM or Business Transformation
• Experience in cross-functional and multi-country matrix environments xpzdshu
• Exposure to data/analytics-driven initiatives is a plus
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels and ability to translate technical topics to business language
• Proven governance, prioritization, ownership and accountability in projects
