Currently, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team and support all areas of marketing while ensuring effective communication strategies!
Knowledge and responsibilities
* Branding & content marketing
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Create engaging content for web, blog, social media, email campaigns and press releases.
Write and edit high-quality copy for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
Collaborate to design visually appealing content.
* Social media & PPC
Collaborate to manage social networks and grow our presence by creating paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
Design, implementation and optimization for email marketing campaigns, via HubSpot.
Personalized content for email workflows, for maximum engagement.
Creativity for marketing processes and lead nurturing sequences.
* SEO & web management
Optimize website content and structure for SEO to increase organic traffic.
Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMRush or Ahrefs.
Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
* Performance tracking & reporting
Measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to track and improve our main KPI's.
Continuously improve marketing efforts based on data insights.
* Multimedia & creative projects
Support the creation of videos, reels, and visual storytelling materials.
Coordinate with videographers, designers, and external agencies when needed.
Ensure high-quality production of all marketing assets.
* Event & partnership coordination
Support the planning and promotion of events, open houses, and networking activities.
Establish and manage partnerships with media, influencers and real estate platforms.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, communication, advertising or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles.
* Strong skills in content writing, storytelling and brand messaging.
* Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Pro & Sales), Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
* Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM campaigns.
* Advanced in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and WordPress.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent command of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Main tools & platforms you'll work with
* PPC & Social : Meta Business Suite, Google and LinkedIn Ads.
* Web & Design : WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
* Data & Optimization : Looker Studio and Microsoft Power BI, Ahrefs, OpenAi and AI generative platforms.
