For the role of Data Scientist we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
Responsibilities Build and deliver data science & gen AI solutions that drive value following best-practices and standards (revenue upturn, cost decrease and/or customer & employee engagement improvements)
Build and deliver automations which will help digital transformation of stakeholders
Partner with Product Manager & delivery teams within Shared Services to deliver analytics solutions & insight with a focus around following best-practices and standards
Create, own and maintain reusable data science products and services that can be deployed across Vodafone
Drive innovation by employing new analytical techniques, collaborating with wider Data & Analytics team
Qualifications Having hands on experience with:
Programming languages like Python
Standard Data Science stack like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.
Data handling: SQL/BigQuery
Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.
Understanding of analytical techniques and competencies (e.g. Machine Learning / statistical modelling / Gen AI solutions)
Proven data analytics experience (data science, data analysis, data management)
Excellent numeracy skills
Experience with working across business and IT teams; ideally both on and off shore
Software Development and Design skills
Storytelling with data
