What you'll get:
1. Salary: 25000€ gross per year for bilingual Advisors, or 27000€ for trilingual advisors
2. Competitive salary uplifts for evening and weekend hours.
3. Bonus: Potential to earn up to 2.800€ in bonuses annually, paid out quarterly based on how you perform.
4. Ticket restaurant available.
5. Location: Our office is right in the heart of Barcelona, @ 22 District.
6. Working model: We work on a hybrid basis – with at least 3 days in the office and 2 days from home – starting after you pass a 6-month probation period.
7. Hours: 39 hours per week with shifts ranging from 8 am to 11 pm Monday to Sunday (You’ll know your schedule at least 12 weeks ahead).
8. Equipment: You'll receive all the necessary equipment for your role on your first day (laptop, headset etc.)
9. Start date: We'll kick things off with an induction group on the 12th of January 2026

What you'll do...
10. You’ll handle inbound calls, respond to emails, manage live chats, and sometimes reach out to customers to keep them happy and in the loop.
11. Answer all sorts of questions – from basic account info updates to troubleshooting tech issues. No two days are the same!
12. Deliver excellent customer service.
13. Juggle various systems, both internal and external.
14. Take on problems with a “Right First Time” attitude.
15. Own up to challenges and see them through to the outcome.
16. Help us get even better at what we do by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement.
What you'll bring...
17. You will be fluent in both Italian & English.
18. You have a commitment to stellar service and a drive to grow.
19. You excel at building relationships and communicating clearly.
20. You have a proactive, can-do attitude and serious problem-solving skills.
