Are you a visionary Field Sales Representative (FSR) in Construction, Mobility, or Industry ready to drive innovation? We seek a dynamic professional to join our team and make a significant impact. Contribute to our success!
INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Drive sales and close deals, managing all sales-related activities.
* Manage and grow customer platform, enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential, and increase share-of-wallet systematically.
* Foster omnichannel sales steering by distributing contacts across channels.
* Focus on high-potential customers for individual visits, including planning and post-visit work.
* Promote application-based selling.
* Position Berner as a premium brand, leader in chemicals, and a reliable business consultant.
* Handle objections, delivery, and quality claims; negotiate terms and actively manage margins.
* Ensure data quality in systems, adhering to tour plans and contact schemes.
* Analyze and influence KPIs related to sales and turnover across channels.
* Report regularly to superiors, align action plans, and meet sales targets/budgets.
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Implement pricing concepts, assess margin impact, and position the brand.
* Plan annually and align operational targets and sales plans with the district manager.
* Support sales teams by sharing customer insights and aligning priorities across channels.
* Collaborate closely with team members and selling partners.
