Your mission :
Your mission as a Senior Solution Consultant is to act as a technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for strategic accounts. You will demonstrate mastery of the sales process and serve as a trusted advisor for the account representative, working under the direction of the practice manager to grow the practice.

Who are we looking for?
We seek a confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant, expert in specific technologies or product lines. Your responsibilities include performing product demonstrations (standard and customized), supporting proof of concept and proof of value initiatives, responding to RFPs, staying updated on product developments, and conducting competitive analysis.
You will collaborate with sales and professional services teams for deployment preparations, create project documentation, and serve as a ServiceNow SME at executive briefings and events.
Requirements :
1. 5+ years working with ServiceNow
2. 5+ years of experience in the relevant practice area
3. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Required
4. ServiceNow Presales Certification – Required
5. ServiceNow Sales Certification – Required
6. ITIL Foundations & Scrum Master Certified – Desired
7. Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRM – Desired
8. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent – Preferred
9. Strong planning and organizational skills
10. Ability to solve complex business issues
11. Effective at building customer relationships
