With 50 years’ experience, it owns and operates more than 60 parks across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.We are currently looking for a:Head of Culture & Internal CommunicationsRoles & Responsibilities:- Create the People, Culture and Communications Plan (PCC Plan) based on external and internal needs and insight.- Ensure that the rituals and routines are in place to track and support the implementation of the local and central PCC plans in our parks and departments.- Work with our Head of Talent to ensure full integration of the PCC plan alongside leadership development and training.- Sponsor ESG, DEI and Compliance projects through the PCC Plan.- Promote “Shout about the best in us” so that we can improve our EVP and talent pipeline.- Responsible for cultural integration plans for new acquisitions and new Identify, analyse and review emerging people and culture policy issues and trends, review and interpret relevant areas of research and provide evidence-based and industry best practice recommendations.- Lead the research and present findings on a range of topics including employee engagement, EVP, leadership, diversity, analytics and other relevant areas for culture improvement and development initiatives.- Recognize opportunities to improve the employee experience through digitalization or changes in policies/ways of working that support a more digital approach.- Implement internal communication and support to the CP&OO; with the definition of the best communication channels**Education**:- Bachelor's or master’s degree in communication sciences, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Work and Organisational Psychology or similar.Languages:- Spanish- English: BilingualComputer Skills:- Microsoft Office- ERP HR experience (WORKDAY)**Experience**:- Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years in similar functions, with experience in project management.- Experienced in providing strategic and operational expertise, coaching and consultancy services across a broad range of human resource functions to management, staff and boards.- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, developing best-practice HR systems and driving change projects to a successful completion.**Skills**:- Strong problem-solver, intellectually curious, creative, and strategic.- Analytical skills (depth of analysis, ability to critically analyse situations).- Ability to work effectively in complex environments and build successful working relationships with different stakeholders.- Ability to think strategically and successfully manage tactical implementation, engaging and leading colleagues at all levels of the organization- Embraces and values diverse perspectives, encourages conversations about equity and inclusion, and is comfortable working within multi-cultural communities.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service focus.- Strong personal character, an individual who can maintain the highest degree of confidentiality, professional ethics and exhibits unquestionable integrity, honesty, and forthrightness- Do not miss the chance to spark your career now!
