Job Description - Staff TD
1. Soft Skills
- Preparation of the classroom according to the trainer's needs.
- Collaboration in the creation of presentations for internal lectures or training courses led by the L&D; Lead.
- Creation and printing of attendance lists and preparation and management of the request for CPEs for each of the courses managed by L&D.;
2. FUNDAE
- Thorough monitoring of the participants and substitution of one for another, to ensure full attendance.
- Sending the training call to the attendees.
3. Trade Union
- Collaboration in the preparation of reports for the Trade Union.
4. Onboarding
- Weekly room reservation and preparation for onboarding.
- Preparation of the Welcome pack merchandising and inventory management.
- Creation and printing of attendance lists and follow-up in case of non-attendance.
- Coordination and management of all onboarding facilitators (10 facilitators per onboarding).
- Delivery of L&D; presentation when the L&D; Lead is not available.
- Preparation and management of the request for CPEs for each onboarding.
- Point of contact along with the L&D; Lead to solve new joiners' inquiries.
5. Vendors Onboarding
- Collaboration in the onboarding of vendors.
- Preparation of reports with the expiration dates of each vendor's Bridge.
6. Other Tasks
- Collaboration in the elaboration of presentations for the L&D; Lead's internal lectures (example: Townhalls, Awareness Sessions for SLs, Intro to Counselling programme, etc.).
- Collaboration in the development and maintenance of the L&D; Sharepoint.
- Internally train other training facilitators in the request of CPEs for their internal trainings.
