We are looking for a CorporateE-check Engineer.
Thisposition can be also based in Mladá Boleslav, Bratislava, Palmela, Gölcük.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze electrical specifications for Automotive parts like cockpits, door panel, centre console, rear hatch, front end, bumpers, batteries.
* Design and program test steps according to MSAStest tender specific standards.
* Act as echeckproject manager (timing, PDCA, tracking supplier, validation...).
* Benchmarking new innovations on all E-Checks and proposing new technologies to management.
* Drive the improvement of E-check Test results (NOKRate, First Pass Yield etc..).
* Support the Purchasing process (RFQ, quotes analysis, DM, PO)
* Support Quality topics in terms of Traceability, Statistics, Capability, FMEA-
* Support existing projects, plant teams, trainings, documentations, trouble shooting.
Qualifications:
* Electronic engineering background.
* Good programming skills (NI preferred but also C, visual basic, prodis_office, etc...).
* Automotive EOL testing principles experience (analog measurements, PiDcontrol using PWM signals, pull-up/down...).
* Automotive diagnostic knowledge (CANprotocol, LINprotocol, diagnostic specs, VECTORtools, etc...).
* Wiring. Soldering skills. Adapters repair. Wiring cabinet understanding.
* Fluent English.
