Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Madrid for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and maintaining food and beverage standards. The role also involves hiring and training staff, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Food & Beverage management
- Proficiency in Hiring and staff training
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
