Job Description:The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent cover the sale of young used car sales to official dealers, traders and wholesalers.What You'll Do:- Risk Fleet sales- Search for new opportunities- Advanced Sales: Agreeing sales subsequently materialize.- Manage and find new customers from multiple countries- Execute used cars sales including sending offers, damage appraisal and invoicing- Complaint management- Manage and develop effectively in order to foster buyer base- Development and expansion of existing customer base- Close cooperation with other team members- Support Car Sales Manager on achieving monthly sales and P&L targets- Support Fleet Acquisition on new offers valuation and analysis.What We're Looking For:- Level of Degree level at minimum or qualified by comparable experience.- Degree (BA or MBA) in Business Administration or similar- 4 - 7 years of experience used cars market, manufactures, leasing, rental companies or dealership.- Indispensable experience in selling used vehicles- Desirable previous experience in multinational environment- High level of English spoken and written with other languages desirable- Excellent knowledge of the new and or used car market understanding market trends, sales, channels and segmentation- Ability to identify immediate concerns providing quick and effective responsesSkills:- Deliver Performance Results- Organisation- Prioritization- Time Management- Verbal and Written Communication- Microsoft Office- Analytical Thinking- Decision Making- Adaptability- Change Management- Attention to Detail
