Role Overview
We are seeking candidates with a broad skill set for the position of Fixed Access Performance Expert.
Responsibilities include :
* Automating reports and dashboards, including network activities and data extraction using scripting or BI tools (PBI, QLIK).
* Managing In-home reports (CPEs KPIs) for accuracy and deviation analysis.
* Capacity management across fixed service platforms (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale), focusing on CPE performance (Wi-Fi KPIs, etc.).
* Implementing KPIs requested by Fixed Access Engineering teams through dashboards and deep dive analyses.
* Coordinating with DOSS departments to improve customer service through data collection.
Qualifications :
* Experience in automation, scripting, BI tools, and GCP environment.
* Proficiency in managing large datasets with Python, GCP, QLIK, PowerBI, and O365.
* Project management skills and team collaboration experience.
* Knowledge of telecom technologies, especially Fixed Access Networks and home equipment (CPE, ONT, MTA).
* Strong teamwork capabilities.
