Genesis Home Technology Architects, a leader in home technology solutions, is looking for a Home Tech Support (FRENCH) to join our team in Castelldefels (#Barcelona). Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Home Tech Support for French market, located in Castelldefels. You will be responsible for providing technical support in French and English, troubleshooting, trainings and customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Basic Home Control/Domotics
* What is a centralised lighting system
* Diference between a relay a dry contact input
* Diference between a light switch and a Bus Keypad
* KNX notions
* Basic Electricity
Notions of Audio & Video
* Setup a Video projector
* HDMI Troubleshooting
* install a multiroom audio system
* Connect speakers in a Home Cinema
* Setup a TV
Network
* Setup a full system (router, switches, access points, PDU)
* VLAN
* VPN
* STP
Wireless environment
* Bands, channels, bandwidth
* WIFI6
* Troubleshooting network problems
* Wireshark, Metageek
Basic Functions
* Process RMA
* Reply to RMA in Digital Platform
* Organise the Shipping/ pick-up of equipment (together with Operations)
* Receive the broken equipment and test
* Contact the manufacturers (english communication only) to find solutions
* Technical support
* Chat (Digital platform or other)
* Contact manufacturer (in English) to find solutions
* On-job site Engineer
* If the problem can not be solved by phone or remote desktop, travel to the installation to collect more data and solve the problem
Other Functions
* Be a trainer Online and/or Present at the training center
* Rack Building and documentation
* Product Feature testing
