We are looking for a Junior Finance & Accounting Assistant to join our team in Valencia (Part-time, 25hr/week contract)

Our rapid growth speaks for itself, with 3 Coworking spaces opened in just 4 years. Now, we're strengthening our internal structure and looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive and excited to build systems that support our growth.
️As our Junior Finance & Accounting, your mission will be to take full ownership of our financial management across all coworking spaces, supporting the team with high-quality reporting, and helping us keep everything under control as we scale. You’ll become a key player in our expansion journey

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
* Full-cycle accounting for our group (3 coworking spaces)
* Record-keeping, reconciliations and monthly closing
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly report
* Coordination with our external tax and labor advisor
* Close collaboration with our Head of Finance & Operations
* Process optimization and implementation of financial best practices
* Interactions with a multicultural community (startups, freelancers, global teams)
* Bilingual context (Spanish-English) in day-to-day operations
Who are we looking for?
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
* Minimum 1 years in multi-entity accounting
* Experience with Holded is a plus
* Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
* Meticulous organization and strong analytical mindset
* Advanced English level
* Proactive and autonomous working style
* Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-growing environment
