We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
* Researching and prospecting for new clients in the Benelux Market.
* Running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
* Presenting our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
* Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
* Working with the Sales Executive and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
Requirements:
* A native level of Dutch and a good level of English.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or being a graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or similar.
* Not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day.
* Actively proposing value-creating solutions and not afraid of mistakes.
* Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
