Your main responsibilities :
Strategy and Planning
1. Collaborate in crafting comprehensive digital and market strategies and develop go-to-market plans aimed at acquiring new customers while fostering the retention of the existing customer base.
2. Effectively translate Digital Marketing strategies into detailed campaign briefs for channel marketing teams and external agencies.
Day-to-Day Management of Campaigns & Projects
3. Engage with the paid media agency to proficiently launch and optimize digital performance, ensuring a strategic alignment with overarching busines goals.
4. Oversee the seamless creation of all necessary assets for campaigns and maintain a continuous focus on "always on" initiatives.
5. Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate the swift execution of essential actions for successful campaign launches and ongoing optimization.
Enhance Performance through Monitoring and Analysis
6. Delve into online channels and campaign performance to extract valuable insights and identify emerging trends.
7. Utilize analytical findings to drive optimizations in both digital and sales performance.
8. Deliver comprehensive reports to the business, accompanied by actionable insights, clear objectives, and measurable KPIs.

Skills required :
15. + 3 years of digital / performance marketing, ideally in B2B organizations (sectors: tech, telco, fintech ideal not essential).
16. familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others is crucial.
17. Good understanding of SEO principles, CRO best practices and email marketing.
18. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data, interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
19. Data-driven Decision-Making: Experience in making decisions based to inform strategies.
20. A/B Testing and Optimization in Paid Media
21. Budget Management and optimisation for the best return on investment (ROI)
22. English and Italian mandatory > B2
