We are seeking a senior Investment Banking professional to lead our Technology Platform in Spain. A successful candidate will have significant experience within Software & Tech Services M&A and a proven track record of deal origination.
Oversee deal teams through all phases of M&A transactions, including pitch development, financial analysis, marketing documentation (e.g., Attend and lead management presentations, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, and manage the transaction process through close.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to lead cross-functional, global teams.
Familiarity with key legal and regulatory issues relevant to Tech Services M&A.
Fluent Spanish
