For the role of Product Specialist Cloud Services we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
1. Identify data points and build better reporting capabilities to help the Portfolio team make the correct business decisions and recommendations to the SLT.
2. Drive the growth of our portfolio by active collaboration with the portfolio team and local product managers.
3. Champion our value propositions amongst the various channels/OpCo’s through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
4. Engage and support sales and commercial teams with customer opportunities.
5. Support industry analyst briefings and submissions for Cloud Services.
6. Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation.
7. Champion customer and business needs, translating these into clear, actionable deliverables.
8. Manage the in-life performance of existing cloud services, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
9. Support the development and launch of new cloud services tailored for SMB customers.
10. Collaborate with Go to Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run teams across Group and local markets.
11. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
12. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including service descriptions and internal enablement materials.
13. Ensure services meet internal quality standards and compliance requirements.
14. Participate in internal governance forums and portfolio reviews to represent the Cloud Services roadmap.
