For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Sales Performance team supporting business' growth.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You'll be in charge of:
-Improve business forecasting and monitoring process and tools together with Retail Excellence, Sales and Marketing leaders.
-Daily monitoring of all the KPIs of the funnel, highlighting deviations versus forecasts, keeping the stakeholders constantly updated about opportunities or criticalities on the month.
-Vehicle the collection of quarterly and monthly budgets for each region, areas and shops, producing a proposal, validating with the sales team and uploading the data into the system
-Analyze the evolution of the KPIs across months and geographics areas, helping inform long-term structural decisions. He/She will work with marketing channel owners to improve performance and forecasting of the appointments, and with Rex and Sales team to drive growth and productivity.
