Required Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent in the fields of Social and Legal Sciences or Health Sciences.
Six months of experience in one of the following areas:
Financial management of projects, including monitoring, control and/or justification of financial resources.
Audit and financial control of grants and/or competitive projects in public or private entities.
Main Functions To Be Developed
Technical support in the economic, administrative, and documentary management of competitive projects awarded to IIS Aragón.
Monitoring budget execution in accordance with applicable regulations, the call for proposals' regulatory bases, and internal procedures.
Support for the research team throughout the project lifecycle, offering technical advice and support in grant management decision-making.
Preparation, review, and presentation of reports and financial justifications to funding agencies.
Management of project modifications (extensions, budget restructuring, item changes, etc.).
Coordination with other areas (accounting, purchasing, human resources, pre-award) to ensure proper expenditure execution.
Participation in tasks to improve management procedures and digitalize processes.
Any other function related to its area of competence as assigned.
