Role Overview:
As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted consultant for businesses starting with Google Ads. From initial account configuration to campaign activation and early optimization, you’ll guide clients through the onboarding process—building a solid framework for sustainable growth and long-term achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Handle a group of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring a seamless setup and activation experience
Strategic Guidance: Analyze clients’ goals and propose tailored advertising strategies aligned with their business objectives
Campaign Execution: Develop, launch, and refine performance-driven PPC campaigns using industry best practices
Client Communication: Engage with advertisers via calls, virtual meetings, and email to enhance results and provide ongoing support
Expansion Opportunities: Spot upsell and scaling possibilities by recommending advanced tools and growth strategies
Performance Tracking: Review KPIs, identify patterns, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign outcomes

Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
