Roles & Responsibilities:
* Vigilance of all users in the facility through proactive surveillance and preventive actions.
* Respond to emergencies by rescuing or assisting visitors in need.
* Provide adequate surveillance of users in your responsibility zone.
* Recognize users in danger.
* Stay updated on the latest rescue and first aid protocols.
* Prevent accidents or risky situations through preventive measures.
* Intervene correctly in case of visitors in trouble, applying rescue and first aid techniques.
* Enforce the rules of the area or attraction where you are assigned.
