is looking for a talented and proactive person to work in our
Customer Success Team in Barcelona .Main responsibility will be leading the
SW Solutions group
inside
Customer Success Team.
Their main tasks are:
Manage the incidents reported by customers (Data Analysis, Software configuration, monitoring services troubleshooting, FTP/API data export/retrieving, reporting issues…)Technical assistance through emails and calls (Technical Assistance Support)L0 dispatching tasks to different teamsProject modifications (Software) based on customer needsManage internal documentationSet-up of GPM platforms (Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada and Horizon)Errors & bug detection and support the improvement of QUALITY.Position Qualifications
If you really want to make a real impact, if you want to support companies to speed up the energy transition, come and join us!Experience as Technician in computers and telematic problem solvingExperience in Helpdesk, Customer Success, Technical Support or dealing with customersEducation degree in Informatic Systems Management, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or similarAbility to write technical reports and clearly communicate with customer after performing troubleshooting and support actions in RE plantsGood verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong Microsoft Excel skillsTeam building and leadership skillsAdded value will be:
Previous experience working in GreenPowerMonitor or intensive user of GreenPowerMonitor productsKnowledge in renewable energies (mainly Solar PV and Wind)Proven experience working on problems troubleshooting, with clients of all sizes and being analytical & process-oriented mindsetExperience of increasing customer satisfaction by proactively identifying potential risks before problems ariseProactive and self-learning attitudeKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL and Zendesk is a plus.We offer:
