Project Summary
The program has delivered a centralized Commercial Customer Master Data solution across multiple countries, providing a trusted and consistent customer data foundation. It is now evolving from a consolidation phase into a centralized hub-and-spoke Customer MDM model, leveraging a modern data platform with MDM and cloud data technologies. This evolution enables end-to-end customer lifecycle management, bi‑directional integrations with enterprise systems, and strengthened data governance, quality, and compliance.
Goals and deliverables
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
Own end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and adoption of the Customer Master Data solution across markets and systems.
Drive roadmap planning, scope management, prioritization, and delivery health (risks, issues, dependencies, blockers).
Lead agile execution from requirements through development, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to run (KT to support teams).
Coordinate upstream/downstream integrations and manage dependencies across enterprise systems and external data providers.
Run/enable delivery ways of working: sprint orchestration, backlog management, ticket coordination (including L3), documentation, status reporting, RACI, onboarding and enablement/training materials, and communication support.
Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across business, IT, governance, and partners in a matrix organization.
Experience Required
8–10 years overall experience, including:
5–7 years in data and/or MDM (Customer Master Data / Customer 360; HCO/HCP).
3–5 years in delivery and/or product management leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Proven track record delivering multi‑country programs and transformation/greenfield initiatives.
Hands‑on exposure to MDM platforms (Informatica IDMC/C360 or equivalent) and enterprise integration patterns (batch, near real‑time, APIs).
Experience with governance and quality enforcement (match/merge, survivorship, Golden Record) and operating model definition (RACI, controls, procedures).
