Experteer Overview
In this role you support building automation within ABB's Smart Buildings marketing team in Spain. You will translate standards and market needs into the portfolio, develop and deliver training, and assist sales and customers with technical validation across solutions. You’ll analyze market size and competition to identify gaps and ABB’s standing. You join a collaborative team that values continuous learning and real-world impact, with a clear focus on making buildings smarter and more efficient.

• Understand market, customer requirements, and standards and assess impact on the offer portfolio across Building Automation and Digital solutions
• Develop and deliver training material in classroom or on-site and follow up on post-training activities
• Assess cross-offer technical applicability and support sales/customers remotely or on-site using technical expertise
• Conduct market sizing, trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and evaluate ABB’s market position
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in Building Automation as system integrator, technical support, or product manager with KNX and HVAC solutions and software
• Proficient in ETS software and experienced in BMS integration
• Strong customer advocacy, collaboration and sales enablement mindset
• KNX Advanced and/or Tutor degree
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Valid driving license in Spain
