Your main tasks will be:
* Manage and maintain vendor master data in the company's systems
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor records
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor data
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with vendor-related inquiries and reports
* Implement and adhere to data governance standards and policies
* Monitor and improve data quality and integrity
* Assist in system updates and process improvements for vendor master data management
* Provide training and support to other team members on vendor data processes
Perfil del candidato
A successful Vendor Master Data Specialist should have:
* Previous experience in vendor master data management is a plus, but not mandatory. We also welcome candidates with experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Administrative roles
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
* Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
* Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Fluency in English and French
