Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Project Director based in Europe (ideally but not only), with some remote work flexibility.
The Sales Project
Director will oversee sales initiatives, develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities include leading sales operations, creating opportunities for business development, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the effective management of sales projects. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet project and revenue objectives is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Business Development
- Excellent Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to both onsite and remote work environments
- Experience in a project-driven sales environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
