After significant growth, we’re expanding our leadership team to scale faster, and we’re looking for a Director of Sales – XL Accounts to drive enterprise expansion across key European markets.
The Role
As Director of Sales for XL Accounts, you will lead and scale our enterprise sales strategy across core markets. You’ll manage a team of Account Executives and collaborate cross-functionally to close high-impact deals with large organizations. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a proven sales leader in high-growth, international environments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and lead the XL (enterprise) sales strategy.
* Manage and grow a team of Account Executives across different markets.
* Develop and execute a scalable sales plan for revenue growth and market penetration.
* Align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless enterprise buyer journey.
* Forecast, measure, and report on sales metrics using CRM and data tools.
* Identify gaps and opportunities in market coverage and propose strategies to accelerate growth.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including leadership managing multi-market teams.
* Successful track record selling into large mid-market/enterprise accounts across European markets.
* Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement, and negotiations.
* Fluent in English and proficient in at least one of these languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
* Experience scaling teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
