Desired Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in property acquisition.
- Ability to learn quickly and a genuine passion for real estate.
- A trustworthy and personable personality with outstanding customer service skills
and work ethic.
- Conduct thorough and accurate property valuations using market analysis, on-site
visits, and advanced technology.
- Demonstrate high-level sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, legislation, and zoning regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong industry relationships, creating networks of
potential buyers to accelerate sales.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English, Ducth native, and German.
