About The Position
IDENER is seeking a dynamic, technically minded Ecologist to join our R&D team. This position is designed for a professional seeking to apply their scientific knowledge in a fast-paced, high-tech research environment. You will be a key player in evaluating our Open Labs, with a focus on the practical application of restoration ecology and the integration of digital tools to monitor environmental recovery. Your responsibilities will include:
* Execute and support the design of comprehensive field studies to monitor biodiversity, water quality, and ecosystem services within our wetland restoration sites.
* Translate complex field observations into structured datasets by leveraging GIS and statistical software to visualize and interpret ecological trends.
* Bridge the gap between traditional ecology and AI-driven monitoring through daily collaboration with our in-house data scientists and engineers.
* Draft high-quality scientific reports and project deliverables that communicate our findings effectively to international stakeholders and funding agencies.

Minimum Requirements
