SENIOR COASTAL TECHNICAL MANAGER Project Duration: 4-year project We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Coastal Technical Manager to lead a major marine infrastructure project in Miami. Fluent in English and Spanish (high proficiency required) Experience: Minimum 15 years in the design and/or construction of marine civil projects, specifically ports and coastal works Project Management: Proven senior-level project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement PM processes, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive project execution Construction Management: Hands-on experience directing large-budget construction works (high economic impact projects) You will be responsible for overall technical and managerial leadership of a high-value, 4-year coastal project in Miami. This includes overseeing design and construction, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with local and international stakeholders.
