At aProperties, we are a real estate agency with deep knowledge of the sector, specializing in the commercialization of exclusive residential properties in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Mallorca. We continue to grow and are looking to expand our team by incorporating a Real Estate Advisor in Palma de Mallorca.

Your main responsibilities:
* Manage and follow up on your own portfolio of properties and clients.
* Identify and acquire properties that meet client demand.
* Advise property owners and buyers throughout the entire process.
* Define and implement the commercial strategy for the sale/rental of properties.
* Conduct property viewings with clients.
* Negotiate offers and reservations, coordinating and monitoring the operation from the initial stage through to closing.
* Manage the CRM: update information, schedule appointments, follow up with clients and property owners, upload documentation, and reserve properties.
* Participate in ongoing training in acquisition strategies, sales, and negotiation.
What we are looking for in you
* A profile with strong commercial and communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to negotiate and acquire new clients/properties.
* Ability to self-manage in agile environments, with a proactive attitude and resilience to change.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience or knowledge in the real estate sector (not essential).
* Advanced use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
