To further strengthen our Legal Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Lawyer (minimum 7 years of experience) to join the team and provide comprehensive legal support to the Group’s different divisions and subsidiaries, both nationally and internationally.
What will your challenges be?
* Provide comprehensive legal advice in commercial, corporate, contractual and regulatory law to the companies within the Briolf Group.
* Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts (commercial, distribution, supply, agency, confidentiality, joint ventures, etc.).
* Coordinate corporate structuring, expansion, maintenance and reorganization processes, including M&A transactions and internal reorganizations.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional legal projects, working closely with areas such as Sales, Finance, Operations and People & Culture.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the different jurisdictions where the Group operates.
* Manage litigation and legal contingencies, in coordination with external legal advisors.
* Act as a key legal point of reference for the Group’s operational divisions.
* Coordinate relationships with external advisors, ensuring quality, efficiency and budget control.

What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
* Solid experience in international commercial contracting, corporate law and legal project management.
* Advanced level of English is essential, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in changing environments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
* Strong business orientation, strategic mindset and practical approach.
* High level of autonomy, organization, attention to detail and confidentiality.
